If you wish to return an item please follow the details in the returns policy section. To package an item to arrive safely and securely use packaging of appropriate proportions, preferably the packaging your item arrived in as long as it is in good condition. For glassware or antiques/vintage items, wrap the item securely in packaging then fill the box with packaging completely, take some packaging out of the centre and place the pre-wrapped item in the void of centre placing the packaging you removed back on top leaving no movement for the item to move in the box forming a protective layer outside the item in case of knocks or punctures to the packaging. Remember any paperwork or labels for the packaging and also to tape the package securely.
